Tea, rain and changing plans.

Ahhh, I'm so sorry for a late post *sigh* my internet has been lame and I have been really really sick so I haven't had a chance  (╯°□°)╯︵ ┻━┻. But I have lots to tell you all, so keep a look out for more posts!

The other weekend I went out for Mardi Gras with some of the lolis. It was raining and wet, and it was a bit yucky. I didn't feel well and I had lost my voice, but it was really nice to see everyone and spend the afternoon chatting and eating.
Rainy day co-ord run down:
Dress: Baby, the Stars Shine Bright
Jacket: Offbrand
Blouse: Offbrand
Shoes: Vintage
Accessories: Chocomint, Offbrand
Bag: San-x

We all didn't wear loli because of the weather, but it was funny because it was like a walking display of different Japanese street fashions.
Jess and Cher (Sakky) looked liked they jumped straight out of Kera, Sharon was sporting a super cute fairy kei outfit, Aly was wearing a really pretty Cult Party Kei coord and Mina and I wore casual lolita \(◕ ◡ ◕\).
Silly elevator photos are silly

Silly bathroom photos are also silly

We went straight to The Victoria Room Tea Salon, and it was nice to get out of the wet and relax with yummy tea and scones.
I ended up getting the best ice-cream sundae everrrrr. It was called a Knickerbocker Glory (。♥‿♥。) and it was heaven in a glass. It was berries and sorbet and ice cream and melted chocolate and yummy sauce and meringue and wafers and nuts and *dies*. I made everybody try it, and we're all going back to get one each ahahaha!

We went to see the Mardi Gras parade afterwards, but it was raining really hard and there was so much wind that we couldn't even get a spot to see the parade so we went to Mizuya instead and got more fooooood (*≧▽≦). I got a hotpot for the first time and it was really really exciting! I was so happppppppppy. Jess got a green tea creme brulee and it looked so nice! We all tried some of Aly's cheese katsu as well and *drool*.
We ran into bananaman (left) and me making my hot pot (right)!

    1. I've never had a Knickerboker Glory before and it was seriously the most wondrous sundae I have ever had!
